As of August 2024, Harry William's NSF proposal "Collaborative Research: a multi-proxy approach to discrimination of marine and terrestrial sediments in coastal wetlands" was funded $110,000

Dr. Paul Hudak and Dr. Pinliang Dong are among 87 UNT faculty members who are on Standford University's career-long "World's Top 2% Scientists" list released in September 2024.
