Congratulations to Mara N. Hedrich, who has been honored with the UNT Adjunct Professor Award for Teaching Excellence. With over 40 courses taught at UNT, Mara's dedication to student success and her impactful teaching have earned her this prestigious award.

We are pleased to announce that Mara Hedrich, Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Geography and the Environment, has been selected as the recipient of the UNT Adjunct Professor Award for Teaching Excellence.

Mara has made significant contributions to the academic community, teaching a variety of courses at UNT, including GEOG 1200 - Global Societies, GEOG 1710 - Earth Science, and GEOG 4800 - Geography Capstone, among others. She has taught a total of 42 courses across multiple subjects, demonstrating her dedication to shaping the next generation of geographers.

Her extensive teaching experience and commitment to student success have earned her this well-deserved recognition. Congratulations, Mara, on this remarkable achievement!
