Veronica Briggs

"I chose to study Geography because I wanted to learn how to solve problems with innovative geospatial solutions. My research interests focus on GIS and remote sensing for forestry and environmental management. I was drawn to UNT because I loved the campus community and felt that the graduate program was a perfect fit for my goals. I have two cats named Muenster and Rio, and this year I am looking forward to attending the annual AAG conference."
