Scott Hanel graduated with his BA in Music from UNT in 2019. Prior to joining the Geography Department, Scott worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Houston Symphony. He plans to pursue a graduate degree in Library Science.

Fun fact: Scott speaks German fluently and can play eight musical instruments, including the trombone, tuba, Irish tin whistle, and classical guitar
