Undergraduate students Kate Lester and Joseph Whitney won this year's undergraduate student poster competition at the Annual Meeting of the Southwest Division of the Association of American Geographers Meeting in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The poster was the direct outcome of a project assigned for GEOG 2110: Foundations of Geographic Research taught by Dr. Lisa Nagaoka. The poster "Evaluating Bicycle Rack Placement in Downtown Denton, Texas" is hanging on the second floor of EESAT across the hall from the Geography Department.
