Students and faculty from the UNT Department of Geography had a strong showing at the Southwestern Division of the Association of American Geographers Meeting held in Austin, Texas, on November 10-11, 2011.

Undergraduate students Chloe Thomas and Cody Brule took second place in the student poster competition for their research on "Bike Rack Occupancy at the University of North Texas". The poster was developed as part of the course GEOG 2110 taught by Dr. Lisa Nagaoka. To see the poster, you can visit the third floor of the EESAT building.
