After completing all the requirements of the GIS certificate program, you can do one of the following:

• For the Undergraduate GIS Certificate, please send an email to Dr. Chetan Tiwari stating your intent to enroll in the GIS certificate.
• For the Graduate GIS Certificate, email this completed form to Dr. Pinliang Dong.

Applications for the certificate are processed at the end of the semester in which the application was made. After all the requirements have been verified, the GIS certification should appear on your official UNT transcript.
